If it is not practical to have a full time IT support person then perhaps
you might consider a weekly, fortnightly or monthly visit during which any
IT issues can be discussed or resolved.
In addition to ensuring your system is running at peak efficiency you can maximise your time by planning system updates scheduled outside normal work hours and minimise disruption to your staff.
Non critical fixes can also be put off to coincide with such visits.
